Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Pakistan We currently ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
• Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible areas across Pakistan. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
