No Returns & No Refunds Policy

At Kidflip.pk, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — which are paper-based craft kits — we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been placed or delivered.

Why we have this policy: Paper products are consumable and can be damaged or used upon opening, making them unsuitable for resale. Once a craft kit has been received, we cannot verify its condition or restock it.

Before you buy: We encourage you to review all product details, images, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.
